We stayed at City Express and it was a good option for the price we paid. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. The front desk team and staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, a great budget-friendly choice in New Orleans. Free parking and breakfast included.
I left feeling like I had made new friends. We checked in late evening and Keven was extremely kind and courteous. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The GM Kendal helped me with-all of my business center tasks. This will be my Go to while visiting NOLA.
I came at the perfect time. Everything is freshly renovated. My check in was fast and easy. The elevator floors needed to be cleaned but the room was very cute and clean the beds were comfortable . My room overlooked the pool. The bathroom was small. Room had microwave and fridge. And they offer breakfast it wasn't great but worth the try. The ice machines on the floors didn't work but i went to the lobby and the lady filled My bucket for Me from the kitchen which I greatly appreciated.The parking was free and if You have a car most of the attractions are only about 15 min away so it is conveniently located right near the highway.
City Express by Marriott New Orleans was the most cleanest, best smelling, friendliest staff hotel I've visited in a while! You can smell the cleanliness in the carpets as you enter the door and traveling to your room. The front desk staff was GREAT! I will be visiting this hotel as well as recommending it for my out of town family and Friends visiting New Orleans.
We had a King Suite w/sofa we really enjoyed our stay and the room was more then what we expected. All staff was nice and friendly don't let the location discourage your stay enjoy and thank me later! #TouringMyCity
A great stay. The hotel was very clean, updated, and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. My room had a cozy bed and everything felt fresh and well cared for. continental breakfast is available The location is convenient. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This hotel is recently renovated and is very nice and clean. Patrick gave immaculate service and was a great representation of the company. I booked a hotel nearby and was dissatisfied with the room quality, Patrick was able to find accommodations for me and my daughter at this hotel on a busy weekend. I came to him distraught and left feeling reassured and relieved. He listened to my concerns and got us in a room quickly. I drove to New Orleans after working a long shift for my daughter's cheer competition. I was exhausted and in tears. I will be a return customer and recommending this hotel to all of my networks. Employees like Patrick are how you establish loyal customers.
